Description

Our intensive bootcamp is designed to prepare young innovators for the IYSEC 2026 Unplugged Coding Competition. Through focused practice with Matatalab robotics, students move beyond basic play to develop high-level competitive skills.

Participants will train on the official competition format, mastering challenges that feature up to 8 obstacles and specific map checkpoints. The bootcamp emphasizes:

  • Strategic Programming: Students learn to establish creative thinking by designing the most efficient paths on a grid-based competition map
  • Timed Performance: We simulate a real competition environment in which students must complete 3 independent tasks, each with a 5-minute time limit.
  • Trial & Error Mastery: Students are coached on how to effectively use trial runs to test and refine their programs before final submission.
  • Technical Independence: Training ensures students can independently set up their equipment and perform tasks without mentor assistance during the inspection.
This program provides an immersive experience that cultivates technical skill, resilience, and a competitive spirit, ensuring students are ready for the challenge from March to June 2026.
